I have a normal diet, mainly vegetarian. Though seasonal fruits, milk and curd is a must.
7:00 am to 11:00 am and 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. My exercise regime includes court practice, running, cardio and weights.
Normally movies on Sundays and watching new serials on TV. During my free time, I relax by watching Hindi songs on TV.
