Ingredients :
- Eggs - 2
- Paneer - 50g, grated
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Onion - 1 big
- Tomatoes - 2 big
- Top Ramen Super Noodles Masala - 2 squares
- Coriander powder
- Pepper powder
- Garam masala powder
- Turmeric
- Chilli powder
- Salt
Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan, add Ginger Garlic paste and sauté.
- Add Garam Masala powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Chilli powder, Salt and fry well.
- Add Onions and fry till it becomes translucent.
- Add cut Tomatoes and allow this to fry.
- Add grated Paneer, fry for 2 mins and add 2 eggs (just scramble with pepper and salt).
- Now Egg Paneer mix is ready.
- Now prepare Top Ramen Super Noodles with necessary water and masala (in the noodles pack or veg/chicken stock).
- Add the Egg Paneer mix and mix for 3 mins and allow it to blend with boiled noodles.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.

Ingredients :
- Top Ramen Super Noodles Chicken - 400 gms
- Chicken breast - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 large
- Fresh Green Peas - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum - 1 med
- Beaten Egg - 2 nos
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method :
- First boil Top Ramen Super Noodles for 2 minutes with a teaspoon of oil. Drain & keep aside.
- Cook Chicken and cut into small lengthy pieces. Keep aside.
- Slice finely Onion and Capsicum.
- In a wok/pan, heat oil, add sliced onion and sauté till it becomes soft.
- Add beaten egg to it and scramble nicely.
- Add green peas, capsicum & taste mix from sachet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chicken, pepper powder and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Finally add noodles and Soya sauce and cook for 3 mins.
- Serve hot with Tomato sauce.

Ingredients :
- Top Ramen Super Noodles Masala - 2 packs
- French Beans
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp - Vinegar
- 1 cup - Sliced carrots
- 1 cup - Spring onions
- 1 cup - Cabbage
- 1 - Red chilli
- 1 - Green chilli
- 2 Pods of garlic, ground to paste
- 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method :
- Cook the Top Ramen Super Noodles in boiling water with a spoon of oil.
- Add cold water to the cooked noodles and drain it.
- Separate the noodles by applying oil in fingers and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
- When oil starts to fume, add ground chilli garlic paste.
- Once the chilli garlic paste is fried, add cut spring onion, carrot, cabbage and french beans.
- Add 2 sachets of taste mix and stir fry at high heat for about 4 mins.
- Now add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder, a pinch of sugar and cook the noodles.
- Stir fry for 2-3 mins and serve hot.
