Hi Energy Noodles

Healthy noodles make for a great breakfast or packed tiffin option for noodle crazy children. Add the greens and a medley of vegetables with the noodles to render a healthy touch to the noodles recipe. Serve with choice of sauce and herbs.

Hi Energy Noodles


Ingredients :

  • 1 Packet - Top Ramen Super Noodles Masala
  • 2 Cups - Water for boiling noodles
  • 1/4 - Onion
  • 1/2 - Tomato
  • 1/4 - Carrot
  • 1/4 - Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp - Chopped Cabbage
  • Basil leaves (optional)
  • 3 tbsp - Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method :

  • Boil Top Ramen Super Noodles in 2 cups of water.
  • Using a colander drain excess water from boiled noodles. Add 1 tsp oil & mix, so they do not stick to each other.
  • Chop all the above mentioned vegetables.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add all above vegetables in hot oil except basil leaves.
  • Fry vegetables till Bell Peppers are half-cooked.
  • Add noodles in fried vegetables with taste mix.
  • Add basil leaves & soya sauce. Add salt to taste.
  • Mix well and heat for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with Tomato sauce or any hot sauce.




RECIPES : Zesty Noodles

Preparation Time: 15-30 mins

Zesty Noodles


Ingredients :

  • Top Ramen Curry Veg Noodles – 3 packs
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 - Garlic cloves (sliced)
  • 1 - Onion (finely sliced)
  • 1 - Red Capsicum (cut into thin 4 cm long strips)
  • 1 - Cucumber (small and unpeeled and cut into thin 4 cm strips)
  • 3 sachets of Top Ramen Curry powder
  • 1 cup - Vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp - Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 3 - Spring Onions (chopped)
  • Salt as required

Preparation Method :

  • Cook Top Ramen Curry Veg Noodles in a large pan of boiling water, until just tender and leave it to drain.
  • Heat oil in a wok or pan.
  • Add Garlic, Onions and Red Capsicum.
  • Stir over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add Cucumber and Top Ramen Curry powder and stir over medium heat for another 3 minutes.
  • Add veg stock, Soya sauce, Salt and Sugar and stir until mixture boils.
  • Add noodles and Spring Onions and stir over low heat for 3 minutes or until ingredients are thoroughly mixed and heated through.




RECIPES : Noodle Bread Pizza

Preparation Time: 15-30 mins

Noodle Bread Pizza

Ingredients :

  • 4-5 Bread slices
  • 1 Packet Top Ramen Super Noodles Tomato
  • 1 Cup chopped vegetables (Beans, Carrots, Cabbage)
  • 2 tbsp chopped Baby Corn
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 4-5 Cheese (sliced or cubes)
  • Salt as required
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups water

Preparation Method :

  • Heat water, once it starts boiling; add all the ingredients including tomato powder from sachet, except cheese.
  • Once it is done, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Pre-heat oven and spread the noodle mixture on top of the Bread slices.
  • Sprinkle cheese or sliced cheese and grill until it turns golden in colour.
  • Serve with ketchup or white sauce.




Noodle Soup

Preparation Time: 15-30 mins

Noodle Soup


Ingredients :

  • Sweet Corn kernels 1 cup
  • Boiled Top Ramen Super Noodles Masala 1 cup with sachet as per directions
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter to taste

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the Sweet Corn kernels in 1 cup of water.
  • Blend the mixture and strain it.
  • Add the boiled Top Ramen Super Noodles.
  • Add pepper powder and salt as desired.
  • While serving add a teaspoon of butter on top and garnish it with Coriander leaves.
